The museum in Františkovy Lázně houses an extensive exposition documenting the history of the town. More than 7,000 exhibits illustrate the history of the spa from the discovery of the František Spring, the local spa architecture, the history of the balneological methods, the history of pharmacy or the bottling of the local mineral springs. The original statue of František from 1923 may be found among the displayed artefacts.

Apart from its permanent exposition, the museum regularly organizes short-term thematic exhibitions.
