The Church of Saint Jacob is situated in the outskirts of Františkovy Lázně, namely in the district of Horní Lomany. It was built in 1740 on the site of the original church destroyed by a fire. It is a single-aisle Baroque structure with a tower in the forefront.

Roman Catholic services are held at the Church of Saint Jacob every Sunday.
